• A free exploratory call is held to define the project

• Once the proposal is accepted, a specific service contract is signed
• The formal contract will prevail over these general terms

Payment Policy

Specific payment terms will be established in the individual service contract. Generally, projects require:

• 50% down payment at project start
• Remaining 50% upon final delivery
• Maintenance services: monthly payment in advance
• Payments can be made via bank transfer or agreed methods

Warranties and Responsibilities

Pedro Rojas Reyes commits to providing services professionally and according to industry standards. However:

Liability limitations:

• The Site and its services are provided 'as is' and 'as available'
• No guarantee that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted

Cancellations and Refunds

• Once project has started, down payments are non-refundable
• If Pedro Rojas Reyes cancels the project, 100% of payments received will be refunded
• For monthly maintenance services, 30 days notice is required to cancel
